Beach Road Holiday Homes is a unique destination, set on 10 hectares on Noosa North Shore amongst some of the most stunning natural bushland in South East Queensland and bordered by a 50 km stretch of pristine surf beach, Noosa River, Lake Cooroibah, Lake Cootharaba and the Noosa Everglades. We are surrounded by 68,000 hectares of National Park and exquisite natural beauty.

We are at the gateway to the Great Sandy National Park and jump off point to the World Heritage listed Fraser Island and are reached by a short ferry ride across Noosa River from Tewantin, all this and yet only 20 minutes from Noosa's famous Hastings Street and 10 minutes from Noosaville situated on the beautiful Noosa River, where restaurants and shops abound.

Cancellation Policy:

100% cancellation fee of whole tariff applies for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival unless the house can be resold. In the event the house is resold, a 10% administration fee based on the total tariff applied. 50% cancellation fee of whole tariff applies for bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival unless the house can be resold. In the event the house is resold, a 10% administration fee based on the total tariff will apply.
