Beach Road Noosa Holiday Homes are architectually designed with the philosophy of creating harmonious, supremely comfortable homes with an abundance of air, light and space where families or groups of friends can share memorable holidays all year round.

The designs incorporate open flowing floor plans and large screened decks with  BBQ's which capture the essence of laid back coastal living with emphasis on interaction with the unique natural enviroment of the surrounding bushland.. 

Each home has three or four bedrooms which can sleep up to ten people and together with the multiple living spaces, and varied sleeping arrangments will suit either extended families and friends or small executive groups.

Large entertaining areas, screened verandas and zoned pavilions let the adults entertain well into the night without fear of wakening the children.

Environmentally-friendly measures extend to designing each home specifically for each block, building around existing trees and rocks to create minimal impact. The homes only use lightweight, renewable resource materials, while the carefully chosen recessive colours blend in with the native vegetation
